Property was just as described awesome place
Rented out the entire mansion for my wife’s 40th. We had 13 in our group and the place worked out perfect. James’and his staffs communication was excellent and prompt from the reservation through checkout. He gave me transportation contacts, groceries contact for delivery and put me in contact with Chef Bucks who came in and did a private brunch for us. I highly recommend him also during your stay. Everything at the mansion was as described and gave more than ample room for our party with plenty of space for us to congregate and everyone had their own rooms they could disappear to if they needed quit time. We’re already talking about doing this again. I highly recommended it

Great memory and experience
For my 50th birthday came stayed at the property with 20 friends n family. The mansion was perfect. So great to gather in the kitchen and the living room. We were able to have a seafood boil. The space allowed all of to be together. The hot tub in the back is great despite the 95 degree day. The mansion made this trip really special for me and everyone that made the trip. Rome was great! Will be renting again. Thank you!
